"The place was not clean and smelled like a damp basement with paint peeling in the corner of the room. The toilet was not attached to the floor, and the Television did not work. The bed was really comfortable though."

"The room was clean and quiet. We had a good sleep. It would have been nice to have a working bathroom fan. It got very steamy while showering. The coffee and breakfast were not very good. The staff was kind and friendly, but it would have been nice to have a bell at the counter at check in because we had to wait for someone to show up for a minute or two when we were checking in. Overall, good stay!"

The bathroom door frame was loose and made a very loud noise every time the door opened. Breakfast was also sub-par. The biggest concern was that staff told someone else what room we were staying in. "Booked this hotel to go to several Royals games. Was so pleasantly suprised by the lovely property surrounding it. Great for walking and jogging, a small lake and little waterfall as well as super safe neighborhood. The hotel itself is very cute and clean. Staff was very helpful. Hotel also has a small bar and restaurant. Room had both a dorm size fridge and microwave. Would stay again 💯."

"Warned by two different locals, one being a law enforcement, not to stay here. It wasn’t named correctly. Some sketchy people around the site. We didn’t stay here so I don’t know if it was clean or if the staff were nice. We were advised to go to Warrensburg or Sedalia."

"This hotel was perfect for our FIFA World Cup stay. it was easy to find, right off I-70. Check-in was quick. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The desk person was helpful answering questions we had about the logistics to and from the game. The morning breakfast was more than we expected. There were maids and attendants throughout the hotel.
