"Staff was nice, breakfast looked nice. Air Conditioning terrible... controlled by front desk. We asked multiple times for them to cool the room but the lowest they would turn it was 28.3 C or 83 F. Too hot."

Although it’s located quite far from the city center, it’s well connected by public transport, with easy access to buses, trams, and the metro. "Very Neat clean rooms but water was not going in sink and bathtub in our room"

"Nice clean hotel , however 3 things let it down. One photos mis leading the pool is tiny! Gym tiny only room for 2 max to train and very little equipment. 3 Location there is very little around the Location sits in a large residential area with very few amenities. However on a positive staff very nice place is clean, room decent. Ok if on business trip or very short stay."

"They were great at communication before our visit, the front desk person spoke English and was very helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. They provided ear plugs. For street noise or air conditioning? The street noise didn’t bother us. Everything was fine except the air conditioning. It was noisy, did not cool the room very well, the remote was complicated, there was a note that if you selected one of the buttons it would break the system (and we would have to pay for repairs!),...

"No security at all, Front door was always unlook. Room door previews was forced open and left with out repair. Bathroom look without latch, Toilet had to be flush using a faucett valve. Shower's drain clogged. Cracked celling, The list could continue, but enough is enough."
