"I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ogden, Utah, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
The biggest issue was the noise. My room faced Washington Boulevard, and throughout the night—until around 3 AM—there were cars cruising loudly up and down the street. The constant engine revving and street noise made it nearly impossible to sleep.
Beyond the noise, the overall experience just didn’t meet expectations for a Hilton property. A hotel stay should provide a comfortable, quiet environment, especially at night, and this fell far short. Sleep quality is a basic expectation, and that simply wasn’t delivered.
If you’re considering staying here, I would strongly recommend requesting a room that does not face the main road—or possibly choosing a different hotel altogether if quiet is important to you.
I asked to be moved to a quieter room and was told none were available. I asked for earplugs and was told none would be provided. Overall, very disappointing."
