"room key did not work the second night I was there otherwise everything good "

"The staff was not friendly at all. It felt like a big inconvenience for them to help you with anything so we really tried to not ask for much bc they was rude. They did not have breakfast bc the kitchen was closed as well as the restaurant wich would have been nice to know when booking the room bc we pay for breakfast an are expecting that when checking in. Rooms was okay nothing special felt very outdated. Pool an hottub was the best part about the trip. I did not see any bugs so thats always a plus. Ohh an the key cards kept on messing up so always hafting to get new ones. "

"Clean, Marriott quality, fairly priced. Staff was courteous, pool open. and above average hotel workout room. Starbucks in lobby is convenient but pricy and without greatfood choices, which is minor with several good restaurants within walking distance."

"The hotel is incredible. The staff is the friendliest that I have ever encountered. They genuinely cared about us and consistently asked if there was anything more they could do. The bed was comfortable and the shower had very good water pressure. The food was good and the general area was very nice. We will DEFINITELY stay there again whenever we are in the area."

"My expectations were definitely not met with this Sheraton location. After years of staying at many Sheratons through Michigan, Ohio, Georgia and Florida, this location was not what I'm used to. Upon arrival, the front desk attendants were more concerned about their personal issues than helping me check in. I waited in silence for a couple minutes while they did whatever they were doing and didn't acknowledge my presence. The room lacked in many areas. King size bed with standard pillows, requested additional pillows, still standard. None of the pillows matched in thickness or softness and one was totally as hard as a rock. Splatters of unknown substance on the walls in the bedroom. Fridge in the room was missing it's front two feet, causing it to lean so far forward that you couldn't open the door without hitting the cabinet or the floor. Lighting control was all over the place. Shower was nice but the shower head was a water saver dinky shower head. AC fan was extremely loud but lacked in actually cooling the room - seemed like airflow was blocked and needed a new filter. Major amount of accumulated dust on the AC vents. Room was remodeled, but floor had obvious areas where screws/nails were about to pop through. Curtain for main window was ripped and missing a pull bar for closing. On top of all this, breakfast wasn't included, but $15 a person for breakfast."
