"Top-notch customer service from check-in to breakfast! Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The 5:30 kickback was a great bonus, and breakfast was well run and welcoming. We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and the staff went above and beyond even asking how our games went, cheering us on, and making us feel truly supported. That personal touch made a big difference. Overall, an excellent stay with an outstanding team. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"Not your typical hotel lobby. It's a hangout, for guests and for the community. The rooftop bar gives a speakeasy vibe, but where everyone is welcome. And the room - probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Delightfully cool and relaxing. "
