"Best hotel in Ashland by a substantial margin. Unless you are on a very tight budget, this is the place to stay. Clean and modern, professional staff, solid breakfast buffet. A little costlier than the alternatives but well worth it."

"We had the king room that had a dividing wall between the living area and the bedroom area. It felt very homey, clean and relaxing after a long day. The kitchenette was well supplied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was timely and even a little earlier than posted on Saturday which helped many of us check out and still be at the conference on time. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and a very pleasant stay"

"Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine."

"Tv remote wasn't the right one for the tv, hair on the tub walls, night stand light didnt work, refrigerator was turned up on high.When air-conditioned came on the lights dimmed. Charged you 100 dollars for a damage fee that was never on website, it did het refunded after check out. "
