"We booked this hotel specifically because it had an indooor pool for our kids. The pool closed and the only reason i was given was they were “out of towels”. This made no sense and then when i ask again and suggested i could just use my own…. I was told it would be ready and open in about 30 mins bc housekeeping needed to clean up around it?? I could see inside and it was not messy. Just weird why it was closed and no one could give me a straight answer."

"The curtain was broken and laying in the floor. I was offered a new room but I fixed it myself. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower head was old and stopped up. At 200 dollars a night I expected more."

"I want to complain about the reception megastar your attention. I reserve acid for my family and Callao for the children. I called the police because my children were being normal children. I imagine she doesn't have children and she sent me out of the hotel. Terrible service, attention did not make me any return. But I, in respect of what is needed there, they put me in the non-smoking room and the whole hallway was smell. But I don't recommend going there at all. Very bad service to the...

"I showed up after booking a reservation. When I arrived they told me they had no vacancy. I told them I had booked a reservation through expedia but they still told me they had no rooms available. Also, the front office smelled of Marijuana. Could have come from one of the guest, but the odor was very strong."

"Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything."

"it was absolutely terrible. we had to go to five rooms before we would find a room that would lock. some of them didn't have lights. there was hoes in the walls. there was paint spots on everything. it was dirty. the towels looked dirty. they were folded. the tubs have been painted. can't believe you all have this on your site for experience would never recommend"

"Walking in it felt dirty and unsafe. I took video/photos of it because it was that bad. The window in my children’s room was cracked all the way across, the bathtub had hair all over it, as did the toilet. The room smelled like smoke and there was mold under the kitchen sink where the cabinet had leaked and was falling through. Immediately called Extended Stay to move us and they said they would escalate our case and to have my phone handy so they could reach me. They never called us back that...

"I was kinda nervous based on the reviews, but I took a chance and I was pleasantly happy with our booking. The staff was very friendly, you could also request that your room be cleaned if the housekeepers were still there. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular, but I was thankful they at least had it. The pool was nice and it was clean, I know some of the reviews said it wasn’t so I was thankful that it was this time. Definitely will stay here again."

"I was supposed to stay here for one night while out of town for work. The room was so stuffy and stinky I ended up sleeping in my car. I’m not usually picky either I rough it pretty regularly. The icing on the cake was check out. I had put a deposit for the room & they wanted my card to put the deposit back. They said putting the money back declined & I never got the deposit back from the room I never used."
