"There was still used soap and body wash in the shower from the last guests. The nightstands were filthy. The sheets didn’t fit the bed and kept coming up. The shower paint was all pealed, the ceiling above the bath was practically falling down. Very run down."

"I love staying at the Netherland Plaza. I stay here when i c9me to town to go to a Bengals game. I book a room as soon as the season schedule is posted. It can be very pricey if you eait to the past minute."

"Cabin was absolutely filthy. Bugs in freezer, fridge dirty, popcorn on lovesick and a suspicious red stain. Filthy. But the staff were amazing and the amenities were great."
