"This place had a great view of the city. They taut the rooftop deck but it is not open any other time than when the bar is open. Would be nice if they had frozen non alcoholic drinks or refreshments up there to enjoy. Maybe an hor d'oeuvres hour to allow the guest to come enjoy the deck first come first serve to allow for occupancy. The grounds of downtown in Cincinnati are beautiful. "The line for check in took at least 30 minutes to get through. Then we were given the wrong room number and had to come back and wait in line again. The elevators were very slow. The room was very nice, and everything was clean. There was a decent amount of choice for breakfast. The parking lot was full, so we had to park in the Starbucks lot over from the hotel."

"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

"Our room door would not shut unless you literally slammed it. It was actually open when we first checked in. We thought we shut it good when went out for the day but when got back it was still slightly open which anyone could have gone in. So we had to really watch it. Otherwise it was good,"

"Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!"

"One reason why I made the reservations was because of the proximity to the Riverwalk and it was advertised to have a rooftop bar. However it was closed for renovations and the restaurant seemed to have limited hours. For the price of the room, a voucher for “good” coffee at the restaurant should be available at no charge for registered guests at check in."

"It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time.
