"AMAZING - great location - hotel was beautiful - the room i booked i did not receive but i know the room i received was definitely an upgrade. it had a warm pool and a hot spa - this was great as it was a little chilly at times. i would come back here and definitely consider staying here again. staff friendly. it was a little expensive but so is Santorini and this hotel was just stunning - i want to come back!"

Greeted by friendly Italian guy (forgot his name), George the manager, also Aris the staff who are super friendly and recommend a great restaurant in Oia, awesome receptionist girls. Really satisfied with the staff service and room there. Great view, great breakfast.. What else can u ask from a perfect place for a perfect gateway. "The hotel was amazing! The service was phenomenal, they made arrangements easy for us to transport to and from the hotel. The bellboy even carried our luggage from drop off and was there for us to help in our early departure. The hospitality was exceptional as they prepared to-go breakfast for us since we were leaving prior to their breakfast hours. Not only would I highly recommend staying here for the hospitality, it is in the heart of the city and reachable to many attractions."
