"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Residhome Nanterre. There were three of us in the studio, which was clean, well-equipped, and functional. Despite being close to the RER line, the apartment is relatively well-soundproofed, which is great for getting a good night’s sleep. Another major plus is the location, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient for getting around. The only minor downside was the unpleasant odors coming up from the shower drain. Aside from that, the stay went well, and the property remains a good option for a short stay."

"My stay here was average due the fact that the air con was not working my entire stay (1 week) but it was on the cooler side so I was able to open the window for air flow. Another thing that made my stay average was nearing to the end my room key kept locking me out of my room, and when I went to reception it was like my name disappeared out of the system because they had my name attached to another room that I was not staying in, lastly on my last night they had reassigned my room to another guest and while asleep the guest tried gaining access to my room, luckily I had another added layer of protection on the door they could not enter. All and all the property is clean, staff was friendly and welcoming and the property is a bout a 10 minute walk to the train station ."

"Breakfast was just ok, lacking of vegetables and fruits. Room is cleaned but all bed sheets only change when requested. Room is just bed and one small table, nothing else (no cups, no fridge, no safety box, no coffees in room…) everything you need have to come down to the lobby. "

"I didn’t know that we had to declare the number of kids. I booked a room fit for 4. I was traveling with my kids 4 & 6 yrs old. I wasn’t aware that kids are counted as adults and they made me book another room. My problem was with the attitude of the staff. I arrived late at night after a long trip. The sraff has no empathy and they were trying to sell me an extra room for highest price possible. I have travelled many countries but the arrogance of the front desk in this hotel is just in another level. The rooms were good and the location is ok but will not recommend the property to anyone because of the staff. "
