"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. "There was a communication issue between the hotel and Expedia, however I was offered a free upgrade to a better room. The staff were very accommodating to all my requests, the apartment was probably the best I've stayed in including a living room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and rest room. There was also a balcony with table and seating. Complimentary water was provided. There was even a lazyboy recliner. We did buy some drinks from the bar, be aware that you had to take the drinks back to your room rather than drink them at the bar."

"We arrived late in the evening and called our hosts they gave checkin instructions over the phone and all the info we needed for our stay. The apartment was lovely and beautifully furnished and stocked. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. I highly recommend staying here. The only concern one might have is there is no elevator, it was no problem for us but could be. The whole building was incredibly beautiful and so quaint. "

"When we check the room dog hairs was on the bed and smells bad. Hotel owner accepted and I left the hotel. İt was not possible to stay that bed. I requested refund but not answered yet. I expect from Expedia and hotel to refund at least half of the amount. I left not stayed the hotel with my family late night. And drived until midnight to find another property to stay one night. Expedia said hotel refused refund but I explained again that is not my fault, there was dog hairs on the bed , it attracts my allergy , I dont have to accept to sleep dog hairy bed. I am still waiting response and not received anything."
