"Huele muy feo el baño de la habitación y no se mantienen limpias las sillas de la piscina."
Arantza Hotela - Boutique Hotel "Adults Only"
Arantza Hotela - Boutique Hotel "Adults Only""Alberto (employee) changed the package I was promised by one of the hotel employees (that quit her job by the time we arrived) and instead of having a prepared package like promised by her, he just said no it’s not possible that she gave you this. So I cancelled my last 2 days for the unpleasant treatment. I expected more from a 5 star. "
"La jeune fille au comptoir m'a aidé à retrouver mes clefs, super gentille. Stationnement facile, restauration sur place. C'est bon et à prix décent, par chance car il n'y a rien d'autre à proximité. Terrasse commune agréable"
"Very friendly and helpful staff. We did not speak a common language but this was not an issue as staff members were well versed in using translation tools."
"Very cozy hotel. Very easy access and the free parking is a huge plus. The room I booked was not the best they have but they have some great alternatives. The restaurant/food was amazing. Staff was very courteous and helpful and pleasant."
"Limited community before arrival- no on site staff at all so a code was needed to access both the building and the room but worked all okay. Absolutely no WiFi- I WhatsApp messaged and was told they would be fixing it, sadly didn’t happen. Only stayed for 1 night so was okay for what we needed. The town however was amazing!"
"High up in the Pyrenees. Views to die for. Very peaceful."
