"We could see the water, but I wouldn't say our unit had a view. Ok, because I knew that when I booked. It was a nice condo with good amenities. I had to report some damage to a mirror when we arrived. They sent someone to look and their response was timely. We extended an extra night and that was handled efficiently. When I asked about new parking passes, they didn't follow through on that, but I just changed the date on the pass and had no problem. Two items that were unsatisfactory did not relate to the condo. First, there were lots of jellyfish in the water and our granddaughter was stung the first day so we didn't go back into the gulf. Second, the company that sets up rental chairs/umbrellas hogs the entire shoreline so it's impossible to set up your own canopy and chairs with an unobstructed view. They should be limited to sections of the beach, leaving some sections for those who prefer their own chairs and canopies. We intend to send a letter to the city of FWB regarding our dissatisfaction with this policy - their contract with this rental company."
