Overall, our stay was good. We were a little nervous after reading some reviews, but also mindful that we wouldn't be spending a ton of time in our room.
Room #1 (209): The handles on several of the drawers were broken and the flip lock on the door was hanging on by a thread so we couldn't use that, just the deadbolt which was fine. The AC did not work in that room and there were some pellets of some sort under some of the pillows...but the AC was the big thing for us so we asked to be moved to a different room.
I did see reviews that stated front desk staff were unfriendly and difficult when it came to moving rooms so I was prepared for the worst and we were prepared to move hotels and just swallow the lost money but front desk staff were very kind and helpful and got us into a new room with a working AC.
Room #2 (209): The water in the sink and shower were scalding hot even though we had it set to cold. We ended up having to wet our towel and sponge bath ourselves.
The TV turned off every 15 mins or so and the volume didn't work so every time I turned the TV back on, the volume was back at the default setting which was kind of loud especially when my boyfriend was already sleeping.
Overall, it wasn't terrible. Once we were in a room with AC, it made our stay better. If they could fix the water issue, it would've been fine.
