There was no breakfast even though it was advertised. The property was very dirty. The rooms smelled of smoke even though I booked a non smoking room. The smell of marijuana was very pervasive.

By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. No water to the toilet. No hot water in the shower. Door has gaps all the way around it. Used condoms laying on the side walk. Very horrible hotel.

The room smell like smoking when first checking in. Had to plug a/c unit in. The output for bathroom didn't work. One of the lamps had a missing light bulb. Some kids were knocking on door 3 times thru out the night

BEWARE! BED BUGS! ROACHES! UNSANITARY ROOMS! AVOID! I booked this hotel through Expedia and checked in on the evening of November 22nd, 2023. The room seemed dirty and the smoke detector was broken where there were just some wires hanging down. I used the bathroom and noticed ROACHES on the ground. This alarmed me, so I checked the bed for BED BUGS. A couple fell onto the floor. I have shared photos and video of them here. I lifted up the mattress and was greeted by a DIRTY USED DRUG SYRINGE and TOURNIQUET under the mattress with BED BUGS crawling by it. At this point I was totally disgusted and just wanted to leave. I informed the front desk and the lady would not refund me and make it right with me. I took my complaint to Expedia and they were unable to immediately make it right with me either and are having to escalate the matter to Wyndham. I've had two previous, unrelated problems with Wyndham hotels in two other cities (2017 and early 2023), so I'm not confident Wyndham will make this right either. I hope Expedia figures out how to refund me. Definitely AVOID this Days Inn Hotel as well as anything related to Wyndham, because they will not make legitimate concerns right, even with proof. I understand a "no refunds" policy for personal reasons, but an UNACCEPTABLE, UNSANITARY ROOM with ROACHES, BED BUGS, and USED HAZARDOUS SYRINGES should be an exception to this. I hadn't even got in the bed there, yet after I left the hotel,I discovered a BED BUG CRAWLING ON MY LEG

The door was locked and had to call the hotel to geto someone to let me in. The place had an uncomfortable feel. There were no towels in my room. It was not a good experience.

Property was cringeworthy in terms of D-I-R-T-Y. I found hair inside the sheets, cigarette burns in the bedspread, and dead insects within the room.

Several dead crickets in our room, loud surroundings (people yelling outside the room all hours of the night), rude afternoon staff, cigarette holes in our sheets, dirty towels (stained) and filthy room.

Don’t book this hotel!
Dirty. Sketchy people roaming around property. Dog poop by door and lots of trash on grounds around property. Door had big gap. Electric outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Toilet was wobbly. We were told breakfast was open at 7am. Door was locked and no one there at 7:15.

We will Not ever stay here the area was not safe. There was alot of people outside shouting, fighting and being rude. The bathroom sink was clogged the toilet didn’t flush … terrible experience!

Days inn on nw Expressway is worth it
Breakfast was nice, everything was fresh. Check in was easy and my room is big and clean. It's quiet and no major problems.ay all. The staff is friendly.

After four days I had to go ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The floor dirty and sticky. When complained the front desk just said I'll tell cleaning.

Staff was very polite Beds sagged when you set on them sheets and blankets stained !bathroom was disgusting. Around the bottom and behind toilets looked like they have never been clean there was a lady of the evening that walked from the hotel to the street corner

Don’t stay here!
I got this hotel just for the pool because my daughter was in a basketball tournament in the area. No where did it say the pool was closed. I got charged an extra $20 too. Also no breakfast. Worst experience in staying at a hotel. I could of stand at the hamptons for the same price and my kids would of got to enjoy a pool and free delicious breakfast. I was not able to get a refund if I canceled the booking.

Lies and deceit
They are lying on your site. The pool is closed; there is no breakfast. They've even locked the lobby, and you have to check in by walking up outside to a window. This is actually a motel; all the doors to the rooms are outside. The door to the room does not seal; you can see daylight all the way around the door. It smelled terrible. The floor was nasty, and so was the bathroom. We ended up getting a refund and going somewhere else.

The room smelt the bed was uncomfortable the bedding had holes in them the TV did not work that well the sound when you turn it on the TV was way up high blasting lots of noise people yelling in the hotel all night long I will not use this hotel again
