The hotel is nice. Too many homeless wandering to feel safe in parking lot. This seems to be a problem though out the city.

Had a great weekend with the family here. Pool area is a little small but still served its purpose. Excellent breakfast! They even had soy milk and different options for anyone with allergies. It was above the rest by leaps and bounds.

Was right off elevator. It was very noisy. I didn’t appreciate the housekeeping person knocking on someone else’s door at 12:23 am and saying loudly Housekeeping If they didn’t know they were coming up they shouldn’t be knocking on their door.

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Smelled liked Cinnabon the minute you walk in. If you have little ones there is a Chuck E Cheese next door. Breakfast offered is the best I have had by a hotel. Unbelievable

This hotel and staff were amazing. This was definitely the best and quickest service that I have gotten from a hotel. Check in: quick, easy, everything was ready when I approached the desk. I asked the worker checking in if I could get 2 extra pillows. By the time I went to the car to get my bags and returned to the lobby (maybe 5 minutes) I was informed the my extra pillows were waiting on my bed. Going to the room: the elevator was quick. There were no jerks when starting and stopping. The hall way smelled so good, clean, and quiet. The room: The queen suite that I had was so spacious, clean, and smelled great. I have a habit of wiping everything down when I enter a hotel room. After wiping everything the wipes were still white! The bed: I slept so peacefully on the bed. It was perfectly soft and firm. The blanket felt like a weighted blanket. It was nice and cozy. Breakfast: was the best that I have had from a hotel wit real bacon, eggs, sausage, and plenty more. I was able to make a delicious coffee with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and chocolate drizzle….so delicious. I will be staying at this hotel again.

Very helpful staff. Front desk person went out of her way to insure my mother had a handicap accessible room on the main floor. The breakfast was good, the beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

So many of our guests choose us time and time again not only for how clean and friendly we are, but for our location as well. With just a short drive you can be anywhere within the OKC metro area in about 20 min. The only thing that would put us over the top would be a lovely mountain or ocean view. Guest satisfaction is always our top priority and I am very sorry that we missed that mark for you. One of the things that we take pride in at our hotel is our housekeepers and our cleanliness score. You can have the best in the business but sometimes for whatever reason something may be missed. I would have loved to take care of this problem for you at the very start of your stay had it been brought to my attention. I have shared your review with my GM, head housekeeper, and the housekeeper that serviced your room yesterday and I can assure you that we will use this opportunity as a learning experience. Property was convenient to where we wanted to be but is located off the street tucked in a parking lot. Up to Holiday Inn standards tho. Clean, new furnishings from what we saw overnight. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Booked a king room, 1 night stay for myself and my spouse. We were surprised how well it was maintained inside and out as the vicinity is it in is a bit sketchy. The room, hallways, and main lobby/dining areas were clean and peaceful. The toiletries provided were of moderate quality which is more than you can expect from a hotel. The pool area, we noticed, was clean and looked well taken care of. But we didn't utilize this amenity during our say. The free breakfast buffet had a large variety of options cold and hot foods. The staff constantly checked and restocked food during operating hours. Hours are clearly posted at the kitchen door. Afterhours, the hotel has a small convenience market shelf with drinks, OTC meds, laundry items and toiletries which you can pay for at the 24 hour service desk or charge to your room. my only complaint about this place was the pillows, they were too soft regardless of which pillow we used. They did not support well enough. We try to bring a pillow with us for this as it is a common theme with most hotels but we were moving my daughter and had no space for packing personal items like this. Nearby, there are restaurants both family friendly and adult eateries, a Wal-Mart, gas stations, and an urgent care. Needless to say, we felt very secure.

I thought the building was new as it was so bright, fresh and modern. I asked the staff and they told me it was 8 years old! Yes newer but so we’ll maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful too. They also had frozen food dinners and lots of other snack items for sale. I really appreciated that as I was tired and checked in late … didn’t want to go anywhere but the room.
