Home2Suites advertises that they are a pet-friendly hotel; may this be a warning to people without pets who have to smell the various smells associated with having pets around. Adding on to the smell of wet dogs throughout the 3rd level of this hotel, especially in our room, the hotel room was quite unsanitary. Sitting in the room, it felt like bugs were crawling up my ankles my crack. Though the other Home2Suites hotels are quite nice this one needs some love.

Everything was fine.. great customer service.. the only thing we dislike is that the pillows had a smell.. and the room smelled like stinky feet

Property was located in the right place, easy to get to. Room was good size for 5 people.

My husband was taking a class 3 weekends in a row and we were pleased with the hotel during all 3 stays. Friendly staff, clean facilities, full size fridge and nicely stocked kitchen with microwave. Spacious rooms. Free parking. Lots of dining options close by. They welcomed my service dog and accept pets as well. Housekeeping made it easy to get clean towels since the dog was in the room and it couldn’t be serviced. For what we needed the room for, it was perfect. There are several hotels in this area but this is the one you wanna pick!

Surrounding area was and seemed unsafe, numerous homeless persons in the area. The room was nice, bedding was sub-par. Mattress could have been better, it was kinda lumpy. Stayed at the Drury Inn and Suites in Flagstaff, AZ the night before. I gave that hotel a five star rating it was excellent stay.

We loved this hotel-it’s clean, the staff was great, the breakfast was decent. We would definitely stay here again. If I were nitpicking I’d say the area around the hotel isn’t my favorite, but it isn’t overly dirty or unsafe or anything.

This was the second time in the past week I needed to book for an overnight stay. The process was great and I was able to book the room with no problem. The downside is that the water does drain like it should in the bathroom sink and tub. Also the 4th floor doesn’t have ice available.

Love the convince that is was close to the destination of where I needed to go plus free continental breakfast! Wish the pool was a full size pool to swim laps.

Roaches!
There were multiple roaches in our room specifically near the kitchen sink. There were blood stains on the couch cushions and spill stains on the walls/floors plus mold. Not very clean.

Nice place to stay
The room was very spacious and was great, except the beds were not comfortable. But the room was cool and big. The pool was green and nasty. Definitely not swimmable. The breakfast was nice. We loved the fruit omelettes and the coffee was decent. We would stay here again if needed.

Great Rooms
The hotel is clean, and very quiet at night and day. Loved kitchen area in the room. The only downside was the swimming pool was green.With it being summer is one of the reasons for picking this hotel.

Decent but not 9 out 10 as indicated…
The location was ok. The room when we first walked in had a musky smell to it. A/C was ok, seems like it was having a slight trouble maintaining the desired temp. Breakfast was ok….alot better than other places we have been recently. Did get alot of waves of marijuana smell throughout the evening, which i didnt like. Overall not bad but definitely ot a 9 out of 10 stars as indicated. I would say this was more of a 6 out of 10.

This property is exemplary in every aspect. The front desk, manager, housekeeping , breakfast server & ground keepers are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The rooms are spacious the beds & bedding comfortable. Our room had all the amenities if you chose to eat your meals in. The free breakfast was amazing!

I stayed here for one night as a road warrior making my way to Santa Fe NM from Raleigh NC. I did not like the neighborhood upon my first experience. It was congested and felt unsafe. My check in was excellent, the desk agent was very attentive. The room immaculate and extremely comfortable. After getting acclimated I realized the neighborhood wasn't bad after all. There is a evening, early morning security patrol on the premise, so that made me feel better. Otehrwise, I highly recommend!

Family traveled from all over the country for a funeral to stay at this Home2Suites. The staff and accommodations were the best! Thank you for all you did to help us with the reunion so that we could focus on the memories of our loved one.

Everything was great except they overbooked on thanksgiving and instead of the room i asked for i got put in a wheelchair accessible which had a hard bed but the room is huge. Cable didnt work in my room and the fan made a wierd sound when it shut off so i had to keep it running to get some sleep.. Breakfast was great and staff were nice. I will stay here again as long as i get a better bed.
