The staff is terrific. Rooms are average. clean and made up everyday. Breakfast is available each morning. Coffee is also. Anything you need, you get. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Its not a 5star hotel. but it is a nice place to stay

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable but the facility needs upgrading. Noticed some patch work down inside the room especially the bathroom. Tubs looked a bit worn out. Outdoor facade looked dull especially in the summer heat. Room temperature was perfect . We didn't have to adjust the temperature settings. It Didn't really get to interact much with the staff. We only saw the front desk staff at check in and check out. Breakfast was sufficient but would have been better if there were fresh fruits served. Location was right off highway 74 and freeway 344. There's Black Bear diner across the parking lot if you don't want to drive far and 7 eleven gas station around the corner. There is Rudy's bbq a mile away down Meridian Road. There's Andy's custard , Mochibake , Olive Korean bbq chicken, Cabelas , Cinnaholics , Dave's famous chicken , Waffle House, Schezuan Bistro for Chinese food. Close by is also their mall with Von Maur, JC Penney , Dillards stores, Target, Barnes and Nobles. Our location is about 20 mins to Will Roger's Airport.

I booked through expedia for a room that said it could sleep 6 people with a king bed and a pull out couch (we have 4 little kids). When we got there, they said they dont have any rooms that sleep six people, and we had to get a roll away bed. It worked out okay, since our kids are small, but definitely not what we were expecting. The room was clean and i liked that it had vinyl floor and not carpet. The breakfast was so-so, same thing every single morning. Staff was friendly.

Stayed in a second floor room (have stayed at this hotel previously). Sweet aroma in hallway. Ants in bathroom and couple spiders in room. No batteries in remote. I booked my hotel reservation online through Hotels.com approximately 2–3 weeks in advance for what I believed would be a stay at La Quinta. On the day of my trip, I was frantically searching for my confirmation details, only to realize I had not received a reservation or confirmation number. I called La Quinta and was told to contact Hotels.com since I had booked through a third party. Long story short, I was informed that the price had increased and that there would be an additional $253 charge if I wanted to keep my reservation. Keep in mind, I had already entered my card information to lock in my rate, as I’ve done many times before. I told them I would not pay the additional charge, and then I was informed that my reservation was canceled. Despite this, I was still charged $153 for something I did not cancel. This is ridiculous. I traveled 7 hours for my child’s competition, only to be told my reservation was canceled. I had to find another hotel, yet I’m being charged for a reservation the hotel canceled because they wanted to increase the price due to events in the area.
