This property is close to Oklahoma Heart Hospital and Mercy Hospital. It is so nice to have a place to stay that is close by if you have a family member who will be at either facility for a procedure that requires an overnight stay or longer.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would be 5stars across the board but the room would not quite cool down to the temp I wanted. Otherwise GREAT

great location for us . near many great restaurants. easy highway access. Friendly and helpful staff. Tracy was wonderful. Very clean room - loved the suite set up. and Good Breakfast items included daily. nice lobby.

I stayed here overnight after a medical procedure. This hotel offered a medical discount . I called before booking and was told I could get the discount if booking online. I never found a place to do this so left a request online. Upon arriving i was told you have to book over the phone to get the discount. Otherwise I was very happy with my stay

Slow Internet but Comfy
I've stayed here several times over the last couple months. It is a pretty nice place to stay. My only complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is because of how slow the TV is. The apps on the TV won't work. You can't stream anything because of the interest speed.

Great rooms
Very clean and spacious king suite. Full kitchenette with lots of counter space and a full size fridge. Bed was comfortable. TV was a little slow, but had apps to use streaming services. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was not very good. Water just trickled out. This was not enough of a complaint to keep me from coming back though.

Great hotel/no restaurant
Hotel was clean and nice, alos close to the hospital which was a plus l, but the description saud the was a bar/restaurant on site and there was not. I was very disappointed by this since we didnt want tochave to drive around looking for food.

Nice Hotel
The hotel is a really nice. I've stayed there for years. Everything is convenient. The lady who cleans on 3rd floor was the sweetest and diligent employee. She was excellent. Wish i spoke better Spanish to connect tho. Need more towels.

Hated to leave!
This is probably the nicest facility that we have ever stayed in! Everything was perfect and the young man at the desk in the evening and the young lady in the morning were so encouraging to speak with! In today’s environment I truly felt welcome! Room was great and perfect for two kids each wanting their own TV to play on. Great location for my early morning appointment at Mercy. Lots of yummy restaurants within easy driving distance. This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn. Will choose again.

Noisy in room 307.
The first room tv remote didn’t work. Took 3 calls for an answer from front desk to get help. The gentleman who finally answered was nice and came to try to fit it. He had to go for another remote and it didn’t fix the problem. Finally moved us to another room. Tv worked but it was directly next to the a/c units, about 30-40 of them on the roof next to us. And the roar kept us awake through the night. Nice motel but it wasn’t restful in room 307. I’d stay again but I would ask for a different room.

Very clean and friendly. Not happy with whatever kind of lock is set on the AC. I like to sleep in at least 68 degree room (prefer 63). But, no matter how low I set it, the room would only cool to 73. It was in the low 20’s outside. No reason I couldn’t have had it cooler in a room I am paying for.

Great choice
Basically choose this hotel was close to the heart hospital. It was a great choice! It was clean, comfortable, plenty of room and well lit. We would definitely stay there again.

So nice and close to hospital
It is so close to the Hospital (Mercy) . It was honestly the very best location, but I absolutely loved their rooms. The room had fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. So stay a few days , it was amazing.
