Disappointed that we had 2 rooms the same booked One was a lovely room with a large tv soft bed The other very hard bed & sparce Got moved to a family room like a dormitory Wifi didn't work at all Reception/restaurant bar was in another building so as Im disabled I had to drive too

Not a great stay. Arrived to no heating/radiator not working. However a oil filled radiator was available in the room, implies maybe the room was known to be cold? Shower didnt work.
