"Hotel looked lovely from outside so went to check in. The lady who checked us in looked like she didnt want to be there and couldnt raise a smile. We paid extra for a top floor sea view room, although the view was lovely we had a broken window and the room was in need of a makeover, very tired looking. ..."

"We had a brilliant stay. Kids loved the caravan. Beds are slightly uncomfortable but to be expected in a caravan and no toilet roll provided. Facilities in the park are great.
