"We had a great one-night stay at Hotel Hi-Ho. The self check-in process was simple and convenient, and the room access instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and a great value for the price. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we’d definitely stay here again if we’re in the Fairfield area."

"Both pools were filthy, yellow-greenish water, the rooms, carpets, curtains, doors, colors, all outdated. Door locks don’t work, carpet stains, tub stains, average food. Do not recommend."

"The room was clean and well organized. I was charged an additional 20.00 for my suite of 4 occupancy. I had my husband, son and his friend as the occupants (total of 4). In addition the room had an odor of mildew from the HVAC which triggered my allergies. Staff should leave unit running to keep moisture build up at bay."

"If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. The rest of it was really clean. People were really friendly, location is great."

"Front desk was always staffed and helpful, even at 6 am, I was able to check in early without asking ahead of time, and with no problem. Very happy with the room, very clean."

"Had an extended three week stay at Norwalk inn and conference center . The hotel staff were polite , friendly and responsive . Enjoyed the restaurant as well , loved the meatball appetizer is addicting and had great service there is excellent as well. Be back here again next trip."

"The room location was okay. The fact that I had a dog made it easy in and out of the building without disturbing anybody else. Payment for a bottle of water of three dollars was a little exorbitant. While I understand nothing is free. Three dollars for a bottle of water is a little bit of an ask."
