"Beautiful hotel in a great location, right on the River Miljacka and about a 15-minute walk from the old town. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in — something we really appreciated after traveling.
The staff were genuinely lovely: attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. They offered great recommendations throughout our stay, and their warm attitude made a real difference.
Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and high-quality food....

"Die Unterkunft und Gastfreundschaft im Sana Hotel sind wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Die Sauberkeit, das Essen, das Personal und die Bequemlichkeit des Hotels sind wirklich auf einem beneidenswerten Niveau. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Lage, in der alles direkt vor der Haustür liegt, nämlich in der Altstadt, die von alten Traditionen geprägt ist.
