"Overall, the room was extremely clean and well kept. The staff at the front desk was extremely polite and welcoming. Breakfast every morning was hot and fresh and delicious. The coffee available throughout the day was very much appreciated. Learned only our second day in that there is EV charging at the back of the property. It was very, very hot so the water and bananas available in the foyer were also very much appreciated as they kept us hydrated and potassium levels up."

"We have been trying out hotels/motels in the West Point vicinity for a couple years, so West Point Motel seemed an obvious choice for location. It was clean and had a reasonable rate for the location. There is a Mexican restaurant, drug store, and grocery store within walking distance. I was able to drive to the Academy in less than 5 minutes. Some things to think about if considering the motel. "This place is historic, adorable!! It’s not easy to not have a car I will say but they can drive you to your cabin too. It’s quiet but the lake was a big family party, beautiful to see all the people bbqs going and an amazing view. I will be back!!"

"The in-room AC units are extremely loud when they kick on and while they're running. In fact they are so loud that you literally awake every time. The staff graciously provided two bottles of water for each person checking in which was a nice amenity. Parking was ample and the facility overall was clean and the staff were very friendly."

"There were no outlets in the bathroom making it difficult to use appliances in there. There was a steamer but no iron. Perhaps someone could ask for these things but for the amount we paid per night, it was disappointing."

"I liked this property. It was easy to locate with plenty of parking. Check in and check out was easy and smooth - no complications with that. The hotel was quiet throughout my overnight stay and the room was clean as well. I didn’t take the opportunity to check out their breakfast so I unfortunately won’t be able to speak to that. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I will not hesitate to book again in the future."
