"We loved this place. It was a cozy room in an old walk up, with lots of character. George is also an amazing chef and runs the restaurant underneath. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Check in was contactless and easy, with clear instructions. Wish all are accommodations were as great as this one. Walkable to the Citadel, shops, restaurants.
George also created a handout with recommendations for other local shops/restaurants that are worth visiting. Would definitely book...

"The entrance to the room was dangerous. The staircase was super narrow (2 spiral flights, plus a loft), myself and my dog almost fell down. What made it worse was the automatic light would randomly shut off while traversing the stairs. Completely unacceptable and unsafe.
Bathroom was dirty, trash was there when I showed up, and I believe the sheets were dirty. I ended up itching all over the next morning and may have had some allergic reaction. I couldnt wait to check out and left 3 hours early....

"Clean and functional but rooms were small and very noisy from people passing outside the hotel until around 2.30am and coming into rooms drunk late at night. No facilities in the room - no kettle or hairdryer and only had a plug socket on one side of the bed. The rooms were clean and beds were firm but comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and having connecting rooms was a positive.
Overall it served a purpose for our stay in Lille but would probably spend a bit more and stay somewhere...

"《良かったところ》
・スタッフさん達はとても優しく、こちらのニーズを汲み取ろうとしてくれた。
・部屋が広く、清潔だった。
・キッチンがきちんと掃除されており、清潔で広いリビングもあった。
・暖房機器がしっかり用意されていた。
《悪かったところ》
・特になし。ただ、暖房をつけると二段ベッドの上はかなり暑かったのでそれを加味した暖房をつけるよう、お気をつけください。
《アドバイス》
・リールという街自体がそうですが、英語が伝わりづらいです。私たちはスタッフさんに話す時は、フランス語で話すか、グーグル翻訳を用意していました。
・ホステル周辺は暗いですが、治安はよい街でした。(リールに住んでいた友人が治安の良い道を選んでくれていたこともあるかもしれません)
《結論》
とても良いホステルでした。またリールに来ることがあればぜひ再訪したいです。"
