"The property was lovely however the rooms were lacking some essentials. The coffee machine only made espresso. There was no bottled water provided even when the water from the tap was brown and undrinkable. The room was very cold and the bathroom had no heating. The bed was very soft and not overly comfortable. I would have expected a lot more for the price. We stayed in one of the suites. The parking was also very limited."

"Good basic hotel, clean, comfortable beds, and warm showers. Free wifi. Parking at the door of the units. Note the ridiculous signs about EV's causing fires and fines if caught plugging one in. Totally understand not wanting people to charge EVs from their room for cost, overloading fuses, etc., but given how rare an EV charging fire actually is, it would make more sense to provide a charger (user pays). In all, an easy place to spend a night when passing through Euroa."

"Check in was indicated as 2 pm to 5 pm but on arrival at 3.30 pm no one was in attendance. Fortunately another couple arriving were contacting the personnel and were given details to open the key safe for their room key. [Note: Room bookings are are identified by name eg ....vila/suite, but keys are numbered. Therefore, if no staff are in attendance and two or more couples obtain keys via the key safe, finding the correct room and key could be a process of eleimination.] Notwithstanding the rate quoted though Wotif was less than the charge debited, this was rectified quickly when I found a staff member. We had trouble securing Wi-Fi and TV was limited to the "7" network stations. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, secure & quiet. Breakfast was of a continental style obtained from a buffet table."
