"The hotel put me in a room that the balcony area was roped off and debris was all over the area. The workers started work at 7:00 am. I was on a second floor corner room and room was large and comfortable."

"Well located B&B in old Louisville. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast each morning was a culinary treat! Truly delicious food. Annette, our Innkeeper, was absolutely delightful. She was helpful and informative. The carpet in 3rd floor bedrooms are overdue for replacement. But it is a charming property. We also had James working at the inn during our stay, and he was very helpful as well. Staff that we interacted with were outstanding."

"You got to pay for valet parking and most of the parking is not on site, so you have to walk to get anything in your car, and the parking is 40$, wasnt listed that you had to pay for parking when I booked this room."

"One of the bathroom lights was not working at all, there was a roach crawling in the bathroom wall, the room smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking room, the comforter looked stained, and the breakfast was cold. I've stayed at a Quality Inn before, so this was disappointing."
