"The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The main problem was that our key cards kept on failing and required being rekeyed, but within an hour they malfunctioned. The bedside table had dried glue or epoxy on the table surface next to some loose side banding that was apparently meant to be the target for the glue, but it didn't make it that far. The walls and ceiling were not very sound insulated and we could hear people talking and moving carts or some equipment during the night and early...

"Extraordinarily shabby. Like being in a low rent version of a dystopian 70’s roadside motel. Dirt and blood stains on sheets. No AC. Smelt of something between bleach and rotting wood. Most impressive feature was the high quality bullet proof glass separating the counter person from us checking in. Enjoy!"

"Had to book this at the last minute due to plane cancellation. Was happy to have a place to stay, beds were comfy and AC worked great. The bar was open late and Mike the Bartender was great! The porter was very friendly and happy to tote our bags upstairs since there is no elevator. Front desk were mostly friendly. Outside and inside are worn and need desperate repairs, cleaning and a complete overhaul inside and out. There was lots of trash and even an old car battery sitting in the landscape...

"Grossly overpriced for what it was. Needs some serious updating. $400 a night and you dont even have shower gel, just a crummy little bar of soap and tiny little bottle of shampoo. Breakfast was very basic. Mattress was not comfortable. It is a shame as it was a decent location. Shuttle driver was very friendly as was the breakfast staff. Would not be my first choice."

"Nice facility, but their weakness is house keeping. $500+ a night and I had to retrieve bedding from the front desk to finish making our beds at 10:00 at night. Housekeeping somehow forgot to put sheets on the beds. We also had to get towels and wash clothes from the front desk (they wouldn't bring them to the room) because we only had 2 of each even though our reservation was for 4.
Henry at the restaurant/bar was awesome. Breakfast buffet was better than most.
Will probably stay elsewhere...
