"The room was very comfortable and the staff was top notch! Coffee and water were readily available and noticable. The lights were a bit of a new thing, placing the card inside the door to make them work. I was not aware that was a thing, but the cleaning staff alerted me as to how to use it. We would definitely stay there again on our travels to and from Alaska."

"The only bummer was the price of the parking garage (pro tip - pay at the garage rather than thru the hotel…much better price). Also my map said there was a gas station nearby, but it must have been shuttered years ago.

"We liked everything at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were good. Our only complaint was the coffee. It never tasted good, no matter what we added to it. We noticed there wasn't a coffeemaker in the room. We would have tried some other coffee. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again."

"Poor restaurant menu choices,
Breakfast was very poor no menu to order from, buffet was terrible with powder eggs, potatoes soaked with Cheyenne pepper. Meats under cooked.
No daily room service or amenities in room. Bottle water $3, refrigerator was set to lowest temp setting & hot.
Heating system so noisy wife & I couldn't sleep. Load popping noise went system turned on.
Email bill to checkout in morning was for different room.
Never stay at this hotel again"
