"Loved the pool area, hot tub looked like a needed a deeper cleaning. The amenities are perfect for a family with kids. Breakfast in the morning is included and definitely saves money and time. Room included microwave and a mini fridge! We took advantage of both. Would give a 5 star review but some areas had the opportunity for improvement like elevators were not clean, 95% of the staff was good, others had a slight attitude that I witnessed towards other guests. "It’s a motel located in the heart of Moab. A very convenient location with limited amenities. They don’t have front desk available 24 hours. Since survey never ask about value for money which this motel does not provide. I didn’t realize that lodging was so expensive in Moab or it could be because of the weekend and start of summer. There was plenty of parking available but no breakfast."
