"Great hotel and nice staff, but there is NO AC AND i could not believe how hot it got. Myself and the guests were trouble shooting how to stay cool in the 90+ degree heat. It was hotter inside than outside. I would only stay here again in the summer if they had AC."

"We had a very nice experience staying here as part of our Lassen National Park trip. Enjoyed the bar and the food was great. It felt they were short staffed when it came to breakfast though. But would definitely recommend."
