The person working the front desk did understand and gave me a new room, however there was urine all over the toilet seat, the tub was dirty, and the comforter had stains on it. By far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They have a no refund policy, however they did refund me due to the awful experience. Definitely skip, spend a little more money and go somewhere clean."
