"Amazing place"

"I have been a Hilton Member for quite some time. When checking in the people in front of us got the full red carpet treatment. By the time the front desk got to me, I got "your room is here, breakfast in this...bye" I did book through a 3rd party, maybe that is why. This was the only hiccup in the stay."

"Carpeted floor next to bed was soaking wet. Went to front desk, asked if they had shop vac if housekeeping could vacuum and add drying agent. They said no. I returned and asked if they could being a couple large towels and they said they would. Never brought up towels. Really gross."

"Well that was a pleasant surprise. I lived in Ptown for many years. We always looked down our noses at the Holiday Inn at the end of town. Here I was, 20 years later with kids and in need of a hotel with a pool, parking, and two queen beds. The pics looked great. So did the reviews, so I made a reservation. WHAT A DELIGHT. The pool area is fantastic. Ping pong. Chess. Splash pad, connect four… A bar/grille. The pool was nicely heated. The area is SPOTLESS. The staff was super friendly from Paul...

"This unique historic property was a delight to visit. Justin our host was incredibly passionate about the history of the house and the area. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House."

"The place is super dirty. The cigarette smell was awful. You can even smell pee and cigarettes in the elevator. The whole property needs to be renovated big time. That was the first and last time I’m booking there."

"Older motel, very unclean esp floors, windows, walls. No amenities to speak of - no housekeeping done, trash not picked up, no tissues or extra roll TP. You have to ask for the basics. Minimal breakfast - few bagels, yogurt, juice, cereal (what ever they picked up at Walmart) Pool was clean and nice, AC unit worked well"

"Very sad dilapidated place, guy who checked us in was great, but that was about it, people roaming the hall knocking on doors all night, smells from other room seeping through the vent, rusty appliances, beat up dresser, holes in the curtains…. Just sad place."

"There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"

"This is a relatively new hotel (at the time of my stay) and it was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. And the lobby was a great place to hang out for breakfast or after getting back after a day of activities. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area."
