"Stuart and all his staff gave us a very warm welcome. They were very attentive and friendly which gave us a very relaxing stay. We also enjoyed our meals. We had a lovely room with a view over the hills."
"The lodge was very clean, well kept, and modern. Had all the facilities you would need for a short stay. Although it was just off a main road, there was plenty private parking just outside the lodge and the road was barely noticeable. The farm shop located across the grounds was lovely, and well worth a browse. The cafe in the farm shop was excellent, best breakfast I’ve had in a long time and reasonably priced. Staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional. "
"Convenient to where we needed to be. Spacious carpark. Didn,t use the Restaurant though the presentation appeared good. Would stay again without a doubt."
"This is exactly what I pictured when I imagined staying in Scotland. The house is beautiful and the owners along with their two dogs could not be anymore wonderful. We also had one of our best breakfasts in Scotland."
"We booked dinner for 5.30pm as we attending a show at 6.30pm. The night before we were contacted to dsy we couldn’t eat them as they had a wedding. We ending up buying food and eating in our pretty small room.
When we arrived back from our show at 9.45, we were told the bar was closed so we couldn’t get a drink.
Disgusted and very unhelpful"
"Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests.
Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived.
Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. "
