"The woman who checked us in was unpleasant, rude, and unhelpful, but the rest of the staff was truly outstanding. We encountered a problem with the remote not connecting to the air conditioner, which took three or four attempts to resolve, but they were patient and persistent in fixing it."

"Nous n'avont pas avisé que le ménage et le changement de serviette était aux deux jours. On a dû utilisé une petite serviette (seulement une pour nous deux) pour prendre notre douche. Pour le café nous en avont eux le premier jour mais ils ne nous ont pas avisez qu'il fallait en acheté à l' épicerie ..."
