The room accommodation was so nice - clean, roomy, included everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the extra pillows we requested made sleeping great. The staff who greeted us, offered services and especially the lady (Teresa) managing the breakfast room are GREAT!!

Given the best at Best Western Plus!

My stay at Best Western Plus in Olive Branch MS was great! The manager Sandra and her team was attentive, accommodating and very friendly. The Breakfast buffet was delicious, and freshly prepared each day. My elderly Uncle and Mother traveled with me for our 4 night stay. All staff were very respectful and graciously offered assistance to both of them. I will definitely choose to stay here in the future.

Friendly staff, easy to get to. Grounds are well maintained. Room is clean. Not far from some places to eat. Looks like some maintenance is happening on the 1st floor but that's not inconveniencing me!

Could not open door of first room because lock was broken. A/C in the new room barely worked. Light bulbs flickered constantly in all the lamps. Carpet needs vacuuming. Thankfully, it was quiet.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Sandra harassed my Boyfriend and I the entirety of the trip, tried to argue with us over the room phone and then said she didn’t care if we wrote a review. The entire trip, she kept trying to say we “smelled” like weed coming in when my boyfriend had a medical card and no weed was smoked on the premises. And the room didn’t smell like anything. I watched her walk in with a 24 pack of Beer on the clock and this is the manager?? Then proceeds to say she has premium members that stay there, so she obviously doesn’t value a regular paying customer. They had an issue with checking me out properly, and there was obviously nobody complaining because there was barely anybody staying in the hotel. You walk in to check on her employees are sleep on the job and more.

The receptionist was friendly and polite, but unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was unpleasant. An overwhelming chemical odor permeated the entire property, making me feel nauseous and concerned about air quality. Additionally, I noticed suspicious activity that made me feel unsafe. Despite its modern exterior, the room's worn interior gave me doubts about cleanliness and maintenance standards. Ultimately, I decided to leave and book a different hotel due to these issues impacting my comfort and security. I would not recommend staying here.

Very rude

We walked in and the lady at the front desk told me I was lucky I still had my room because they don’t hold rooms if you don’t pay for them in advance. When I booked at Hotel.com they told me that I pay at the property. But the lady said that’s a lie when I had proof but she didn’t want to hear that she just kept going on and on about we were lucky . Never again will I stay at this hotel very rude and not helpful

noisy the trash truck at 2:30 am must have been by stairs lots of nose from people dragging things up and down the stairs someone running, morning breakfast was great it was nice and clean good parking places to eat close by getting to what we needed was great with the roads around maybe a room next to ours you wound not have the stair nose or the trash truck just outside our window in the morning
