"Room clean, quiet."

"Liked: 1) Coffee/Hot water machine provided very hot water. 2) Soap/Lotion dispensers provided good smelling products. 3) Bed was comfortable 4) The one-person staff was polite and apologetic when warranted. Disliked: 1) Continental Breakfast meant no eggs, no bacon, no peanut butter. Other than waffles, which I don’t eat, everything was cold, bare minimal and carbs-heavy. 2) Visible signs of poor maintenance : strip on ground just before entering the lobby was not properly hammered down- a potential for tripping 3) bathroom door handle in the room: missing screw, twisted and not painted properly."

"As someone who travels a lot, this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Front desk staff seemed to be have aphasia. They didn’t speak except to say sign and we have a $50 refundable damage charge. The room was straight out of the 70’s. The bed spread had a baseball sized hole. The sink clogged and full of what appeared to be shaving cream and hair. The shower would not turn off, and there was a piece of glass in the bedding. The safety latch was missing and appeared to be torn off there was no lock on the window. The remote had no back, but did work fine. When I shared this experience with the front desk, she took the glass and otherwise didn’t respond. Only stayed there because I had booked a hotel for the wrong date, so had no place to stay. RUN."

"Employee, Simone was excellent. Although working front desk, she personally to clean handicapped room. Room not ready at 3pm. Told us at least half hour and then more delay. Told us we could get a refund and go to another hotel. This was another management type personThere was only one luggage trolley to move our stuff and the wheels didn't work properly. We had to hand carrier our luggage from the third floor to elevator to elevator and the exit despite being handicap with mobility impairment. BUG inside the room near bed. Room needs to be fumigated. I squashed the bug left it onon a tissue next to bed and took a photo of it. There were piles of sheets and dirty laundry carts blocking the hallway on the third floor. I DID NOT sleep well because of noise in hallway. People were running up and down hallway banging on doors. Clearly there are deficits to overcome."
