"Location is amazing with the possibility to for a great walk along the banks of the Loiret for outside the hotel. Really memorable. Bedroom and bathroom cosy, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is charming a restored "Guingette" and even out of season a great spot to stop over. The owner's wine cellar is stellar. Star were accommodating. Food was pleasant and breakfast good too. We would recommend and will be back!"

"I requested a room on the top floor when I booked and was told that it was fully booked at 4pm in the afternoon on arrival. the receptionist was particularly unhelpful. When I insisted on atop floor room she miraculously identified one. When you request a top floor room when you book a week in advance online, why can't the hotel provide you with one. The staff need training on dealing with customers, "

"Excellent service. The room was clean and in very good condition, but very cramped and impossible to access both sides of the bed. The bathroom was equally small, but was very clean and the shower was excellent. There was plenty of secure parking and the breakfast was good."
