"Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement probablement conçu par un architecte d'intérieur. Bien que ce soit un appart hôtel, on peut prendre le petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel et il y a un réceptionniste 24H/24. Le ménage peut être fait tous les jours. En un mot, il a les qualités d'un hôtel. Le personnel est agréable. et peut donner des renseignements en anglais. L'hôtel est particulièrement bien placé à 2 pas de la place."

"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are:
1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11
2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't...

"Ours was a really nice apartment, situated just 3 or 4 minutes walk from the main square in the Old Town. Clean, plenty of space & very well equipped with plenty of cafes, bars & restaurants close by without being particularly noisy. The staff at the main reception/office (5 minutes from our building) were friendly, polite & helpful, with a secure room available to store luggage until check in time, as we arrived quite early in the morning.
