"Breakfast is great! Staff was excellent! Pet-friendly sure! Only issue was our room had wet spots by the AC unit. Not sure if it was leaky. Other than that, everything was great! "

"Room was not cleaned even when we were told they would be back. Blow dryer and phone were broken. Room next to elevator could not sleep due to the noise from people coming and going at all hours of the night. AC was not working properly. Continental breakfast is only waffles and cereal. Not much selection Pool area was unattended so there were about 20 unsupervised kids which kept diving in small shallow pool at one point about 15 of them ran and jumped in together which was not only dangerous for us in there but the unsupervised kids."
