"Booked a family room for 1 night, 1 Queen bed and 2 singles but was given much smaller room upon checking in, this mistake was quickly rectified. Family Room is very spacious and was affordable given it was school holiday weekend. The room has heating so it was nice and cosy for winter. We were surprised to find Netflix here as well, which was a bonus. Would recommend for a quick weekend getaway."

Loved the big open area and the kids enjoyed running around. We loved the farm animals! My kids were obsessed! "Lovely place with spacious rooms and charmy brick walls. Rooms were clean and functional. Some wear and tier is everyware. But it was not critical for us. Unfortunately the food in restaurant (bistro) over dinner was not meeting our expectations and was overpriced. All the fried bits were cooked on old smelly oil, so we were not able to eat it. "Harrigans Hotel was fantastic! Great room, great location and easy to work your day around. The pub meals were well done. Unfortunately, reception at Mercure to collect key and when speaking on the phone to Amarn, my experience was not good. Abrupt, short and could not explain why the situation occured."

When we got to the property, the door was insanely hard to open we thought we’d been given the wrong key, only after kicking the bottom of it did it open.
