"綺麗な客室です。2泊しましたが、清掃、タオル交換もしてくださいました。スタッフも親切、飛行機の関係上、チェックイン前の時間に着いてしまいましたが、チェックインして貰え、帰りも飛行機の時間まで荷物を預かって頂けました。その時のスタッフの対応がとても良かったです。場所も駅やグランドマーケットに近く、便利です。機会があれば、また利用したいです。"

"What a wonderful stay at the heart of Los Angeles. Sparkingly clean room. Helpful staff. The only downside is the breakfast being too simple for a full day ahead, but nothing surprising since we knew what to expect from others' reviews. All in all, there are not many, if any, better hotels in the neighbourhood in terms of cost benefits."

"My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the choice of favorite pillow, extensive. The drinks at the bar were on point, with a beautiful view. The breakfast we had was delectable! It was a wonderful stay!"

"This hotel was closed for 45 days when we arrived, doors with chains and a statement that Marriot had broken its contract. Hotels didn't know, didn't tell us beforehand. Awful experience to find a new place to stay late at night. I am waiting apologies and refund."

"This room served its purpose as it was right across the street from my destination. There’s parking for a fee, and bellhop to retrieve your items. I flew in early for my one day stay for a concert and waited around for about 3 1/2 hours until I was able to check in at 12pm without having to pay the $75 early check in. I thought it was a little pricey, $40/$50 I would’ve paid but it just didn’t make sense to. Couches where I sat while I waited on my room were stained along with the carpet, staff...
