"Great room, great stay, very nice staff, Natalia, Jermaine & Jerome all lovely. Great breakfast experience with Judith and Akira at the By George restaurant. I don’t like chocolate but they offer a really delicious hot chocolate in the afternoon and a tour in the evening. They had great lounge spaces that you can sit and meet people in which was helpful for us with our visit. The rooms are spacious, all of us had large rooms. I came on a red-eye from CA, arriving very early in the day and was so happy to be able to check in early without any additional fees! Thank you so much!"
