Out shower and toilet seat had both hair and urine. Our sheets were stained and the sofa was dirty. "Functional. Easy walk to the fishery/tourist market and convenience stores, a few cafes, but not conveniently walkable to the beach area across the highway. Ask for a high floor—otherwise if your room faces the ocean you will hear a lot of noise from the 4-lane road below. Furniture upholstery is stained and needs cleaning.
