"The hotel is absolutely stunning. With a view over the Bangkok river and centrally located it is an oasis of calm among the busy streets. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel beautifully maintained to the highest standards. I highly recommend the Verandah restaurant - the food and view were both fantastic."

"I’ll start by saying that this is my third or fourth time in this hotel and I love it. The connection to MBK, the breakfast, the rooms are all great. Downside of rooms: in-room WiFi is extremely slow. There is no proper wardrobe to organize your clothes and belongings. The AC seems to constantly reset itself to 24 degrees Celsius which is wayyyy too hot for me. Even during the night. So I find myself having to constantly change it again to my preferred 21 degrees. The upside is the bed, the room size, the clean drinking water tap. Though it would be nice if they’d provide glass bottles to fill so we could put it in the fridge for cold water. The pool is very minimalistic and not a lot going on there. Having said all of that, will definitely be staying there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Quarter, very nice people, clean with city view and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to Chinatown, and the metro is just a block away. Definitely a good value hotel for what we spent."

"We enjoyed Shangri La’s breakfast options, the free boat rides to Iconsiam was very convenient, and being next to the Sothorn Pier came in handy for getting to night markets and other river destinations, along with having the BTS station next door was also very convenient!"
