"Rooms are top tier. Clean, modern and the beds are more comfortable than major 5 star luxury hotels like the Hilton or Hyatt Regency. The only thing that’s not 5 star is the gym. If you’re a gym guy then this hotel is lacking in this area. The gym is very small limited to two basic benches dumb bells, an older cable machine with limited exercises and a treadmill and bicycle"

"The hotel is very close to MRT Hua Lamphong. It's clean though not spotless. There are no windows. The toilet floor tiles can be slippery when wet. I slid twice and luckily didn't get hurt. The breakfast buffet is worth it for 250 THB, you'll be so full that you can skip lunch or dinner. The elevator could be confusing at first but then you'll get the hang of it after a while."

"Great amount of space. We booked a 2 bedroom suite with river view, and paid for an extra roll away bed to accommodate our family of five. Nice to be able to order room service, both Thai and Western food. The breakfast buffet was delicious! The staff were wonderful, and the hotel was clean."

"This has to be be the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I been going to Thailand for more than 20 years and never stayed in a hotel so bad. supposed to be a 4 Star ?? its dirty, old and out dated. The furniture is all damaged, old and chairs wobble.. There is no security and anyone can get in the lift without using a digital key card. The rooms are not soundproof, need I say more ! People running up and down the corridor shouting at each other from room to room and on the last day pest control...

"The hotel is great!! My wife got so many pictures just at the hotel!!! The staff, for the most part, were all very pleasant. The whole experience, minus 1 thing, was very pleasant!! No, for that 1 thing, THE FOOD!!! We ate in every restaurant, except for the sushi bar.. Breakfast Buffet: nothing hot!! Everything was set on warmers, but they weren't turned on. I tried coming at different times! Cold! I ran up when they were putting "fresh" food on top, Cold!! I could get a hot omelette because...
