"Great overall service, the workers are always willing to help. The room was spacious and always maintained clean. They offer tour guides at the front desk area, they are willing to hold you luggage and let you use the pool meanwhile you wait to exit for your flight after checking out at noon. The only issues is the place is a little outdated and needs better maintenance."

"The room we stayed in was truly lovely, the view outside our windows was amazing and we spent many evenings looking out over the city. The hotel itself was very modern and stylish. The pool was very nice to sit in and had great views of the surrounding skyscrapers. We also greatly enjoyed the toilet, as it had many different features. This was available in our room and the sauna. We did have to get a taxi to every sightseeing site, or walk for over an hour so this was slightly annoying due to the heavy traffic in Bangkok. Overall we did really enjoy this hotel and the facilities."
