When we first walked in, I found it odd the night person who works the desk was glued to his phone on the chairs a couple feet away from the desk. "Doors didn't work. Our ice bucket had a cigarette butt in it. Breakfast was some link sausage, hot hard boiled eggs (in shell) & French fries (yes actually French fries)"

"staff were minimal help when i had a question, zero follow up, felt like there were “long term guests” that lived there which felt intimidating when arriving back late at night. our trailer was broke into at night fortunately it was empty so nothing was stolen."

"The king suite with sofa sleeper room was our room. The mattress on the sofa sleeper has obviously never been replaced but was extremely well used. If you are going to advertise the room as having a sofa sleeper you need to replace the mattresses or just advertise it as a king room with sofa."
