The hotel has a great history and is conveniently in the Omaha downtown district. Our stay was pleasant, but it seems to us the hotel has greater potential with more investment in the property. The fee for parking in the hotel parking lot was ~$30 / night and we found easy public parking on the street ...

DO NOT STAY HERE BROKEN WINDOWS IN THE PARKING LOT! TOLD THE FRONT DESK HER RESPONSE WAS WELL IT HAPPENS FROM TIME TO TIME. THE FLOORS ARE CHEAP, ELEVATORS BANGED UP, THEY HAVE A BAR WITH RANDOM STRANGERS WALKING IN AND OUT ITS NOT A SAFE LOCATION. I DID NOT STAY THERE AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ...
