"They were unable to give us adjoining rooms, despite requesting 3 months in advance. The pool slides were fun for little ones up to about 10 years old, but the deepest part of the pool is only 3ft. The hot tub is nice and hot, but children under 5 are not allowed to use it. Kids under 18 aren't allowed in the pool area without an adult... The pool area in general is very run down. Rooms were clean. Beds were decent."

"The hotel and room were wonderful. However, the bed was like a brick. It’s the first time I have experienced that in a Marriott branded property. As a result, we did not sleep very well during our one night stay. Be aware that even though it’s not a downtown property, you have to pay for parking-pretty ridiculous when 2/3 of the lot was empty."

"There have been many hotel stays over the years, and never have I felt compelled to spend any time in the lobby. Until our stay at Tru. The coffee bar, the available games for family time, the fire table. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening in that space. Thank you for creating a family friendly, inviting area to spend some time. Well done!"
